HelpDesk provides support services for its IMACS application software or other authored software for current HELP DESK customers as follows:
Major features include:
  • Consultation by telephone regarding Customer problems with, and the proper use of the software
  • Functional Solutions intended to guide the Customer’s correct use of the software
  • A Work-around intended to guide Customer’s use of the software by one or more alternative means
  • Coordinate specific actions to be taken and/or available resources to whom NISI will report software and hardware errors
  • Software Enhancements
  • Correction of software errors
  • Software upgrades or authored software changes
  • Additional support services provided at lesser hourly rate than customers without Help Desk
  • Priority response over all customers who do not have Help Desk
