 Customer Catalog
The Customer Catalog module can be installed on
any PC on the network and will connect to the database automatically. Once the
application is run, it will produce an Adobe postscript file on the PC it is run
from and that postscript file is converted to an Adobe .PDF format using the
Adobe Acrobat program.
This Adobe .PDF file can be attached to a web
link, burned to a CD/DVD, sent to your local printer or sent to a professional
printer.
The catalog is sorted by description xref, by
sales group description, by description by part number and exclude sales group
codes not equal to zero and with product line not equal to INN. The bookmarks
are created and sorted by description xref by sales group description. The
inventory items will break on the inventory catalog group code and link like
items together based on the group code.
